Abdul Latif Jameel Co. Ltd would like to inform owners of LEXUS (LX600, LS500, RX, NX, ES, GX460, Is and UX) of Limited Service Campaign on their vehicles to supply the second electric key due IC chip for electrical key has been in shortage since end of October 2022. Based on the above situation, Toyota decided that affected vehicles have been delivered with one electrical key and two mechanical keys.

What is ALJ going to do?
ALJ announce advising owners to make an appointment with his authorized Toyota dealer to provide the second smart key. The work will be performed at NO CHARGE to vehicle owners.
How long will the repair take?
To register the second smart key will take approximately 10 minutes. However, it may be necessary for the owner to make the vehicle available for a longer period of time depending upon the dealer’s schedule.
